Sayuri Healing Food Ambassador Program
Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of individuals in the Sayuri Healing Food Ambassador Program (“the Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Ambassador”) agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies or guidelines provided by Sayuri Healing Food Academy (“SHFA”) and Sayuri Healing Food Bali (“Sayuri”).
2. Eligibility
Ambassadors must:

Be 18 years or older.

Have an active interest in plant-based living and holistic food education.

Demonstrate alignment with the values of Sayuri Healing Food.

Be approved through the official application process.
3. Scope of Role
Ambassadors are community outreach representatives—not instructors—unless separately certified by SHFA. Their role is to promote SHFA recipes, courses and trainings through ethical and respectful means.
4. Intellectual Property and Brand Usage

Ambassadors may not teach or host paid classes using RDT or SHFA recipes unless officially certified instructors.

Ambassadors may use RDT images, titles, and text from the official Ambassador Kit only.

Any promotional materials created by Ambassadors must be pre-approved by SHFA.

Modification of SHFA or Sayuri logos, course names, or proprietary terms is strictly prohibited.
5. Independent Status
Ambassadors are independent participants and not employees, partners, or agents of Sayuri. No employment or agency relationship is created.
6. Revenue

Ambassadors MAY earn affiliate commissions based on referred enrollments via designated links if so stated and required under separate terms.

Ambassadors may charge or collect fees for hosting or teaching any recipes as long as they comply with the stated Terms in the Ambassador Agreement.
7. Indemnification
Ambassador agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sayuri Healing Food, SHFA, their affiliates, employees, and owners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising out of:

Misuse of Sayuri’s name, brand, or materials;

Unauthorised classes, representations, or teaching;

Misconduct or unethical behaviour while acting in the capacity of Ambassador.
8. Termination
Sayuri reserves the right to terminate any Ambassador at any time for:

Misuse of intellectual property;

Violation of code of conduct;

Breach of terms;
-
Discrediting the Sayuri brand.
9. Penalties

Unauthorized use of recipes or IP: Immediate termination, forfeiture of earnings, and possible legal action.

Misrepresentation of role: Suspension and public retraction required.

Ethical or community violations: Suspension or permanent ban.
Rules: What Is and Isn’t Allowed
Allowed:
- Teaching recipes to your audience for a fee, based only on the recipes you have learned in any live (in-person) Sayuri Academy Certification Training in Ubud Bali.

Promoting SHFA courses via approved affiliate links.

Sharing personal testimonials and honest experiences.

Using pre-approved images and assets.
- Not Allowed:

Hosting paid or free classes teaching RDT or SHFA content without certification, attribution or notifying SHFA.
- Creating your own course/training/classes etc based on SHFA content and recipes

Reproducing, altering, or distributing SHFA course content.

Misrepresenting oneself as a Sayuri or SHFA instructor.

Creating derivative brands, platforms, or events using SHFA names or IP.
-
Collecting money in Sayuri’s name.
Code of Conduct
Integrity
Ambassadors shall represent Sayuri and SHFA honestly, respectfully, and with full transparency. No false claims about course outcomes, ingredients, certifications, or benefits are permitted.
Respect
Ambassadors must treat fellow ambassadors, students, the Sayuri team, and the wider public with respect. No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or exploitation of any kind will be tolerated.
Alignment
Ambassadors must maintain alignment with Sayuri’s values: compassion, nonviolence, ecological awareness, and inner peace.
Confidentiality
Private communications, course content, or ambassador-only resources must not be shared publicly or with external parties.
Complaint Resolution & Conflict Handling
Reporting
Concerns regarding an ambassador’s behaviour, misuse of materials, or unethical conduct may be reported to: [email protected]
Process

All complaints will be reviewed confidentially.

The accused Ambassador will be informed and given the opportunity to respond.

SHFA reserves the final say in resolution and any subsequent penalties.
Escalation
Where necessary, legal action may be taken in the case of intellectual property theft, defamation, or breach of contract.
Community Guidelines

Be Constructive: Contributions should uplift, educate, or respectfully challenge. No trolling, gaslighting, or passive aggression.

Stay on Topic: Ambassadors should engage publicly in topics relevant to food, health, ecology, or personal growth aligned with Sayuri.

No Commercial Piggybacking: Do not promote other unrelated brands, courses, or platforms under the Sayuri banner.

Consent is Key: Always ask for consent before taking or sharing images/videos of students or events.

Hold the Standard: Ambassadors are cultural carriers of Sayuri values. You represent more than a program—you represent a movement.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to periodic updates. Continued participation implies continued agreement.
